How do I get a motorcycle or a tricycle?

You must be an experienced driver to own a vehicle with MAX. Our subscription model allows you to use a tricycle or motorcycle with minimal upfront costs. If you opt for a tricycle (Keke), you will make an upfront payment of ₦40,000. If you opt for a motorcycle (Okada), you will only pay the daily activation fee for that day. Additionally, to start your subscription, you must complete a test ride, provide a guarantor, and pay an activation fee.

What types of vehicles are available at MAX?

How do I become a MAX Champion?

The steps to subscribe are simply:
1. Locate any MAX office in your city.
2. Come with any means of valid Identification (NIN or Voters card)
3. Take a ride test.

What documents/items do I need to provide?

You need to provide the following documents:
1. Government issued ID (preferably the original - NIN, Voter’s card, Driver’s License, International Passport etc.) 
2. One passport photograph
3. BVN number
4. Photocopy of guarantor’s ID
5. Guarantor’s passport photograph

Who can be my guarantor?

Your guarantor should be someone reliable who can vouch for you. This can be Civil Servants, Park Chairmen, Landlords, Clerics, Artisans (Barber, Tailor, Mechanics, Hairdresser), and Uniformed/Security Personnel and Professionals (Doctors, Lawyers, etc.).

How much is the activation fee?

The activation fee is a small, one-time payment to start your subscription. This amount can vary, so please visit any MAX office for the details.

Are there any other payments required apart from the activation fee?

Apart from the activation fee and your regular subscription payments, there are no hidden charges. *Maintenance, insurance, and other services are included in your subscription.

As a MAX Champion, what should I do in case of an emergency?
